Located in the highly-popular coastal town of Fuengirola, close to the magnificent ‘Castillo de Sohail’ and only 400 metres (5 minutes’ walk) from the widest and best beach in town, this fully-furnished and equipped villa is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom private detached property with fabulous panoramic sea views, 32 m2 private swimming pool (8 metres by 4 metres) and beautiful mature private gardens, 5 delightful terraces and a fabulous brick and granite gas-fired barbecue.

The Villa provides all major UK TV channels, private and secure Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all bedrooms. The TV channels include all four from the BBC, all four from ITV, Channels 4 and 5, E4, Cbeebies, CBBC and many more via a very good cellular WiFi internet connection.

The property is open-plan and split-levelled, with another lower floor for the master en suite bedroom, and is very spacious and bright, with high wood-beamed ceilings, air-conditioning in all bedrooms, under-floor heating, large windows and 4 sets of French doors. From the living room, there is a beautiful large terrace with panoramic sea views and a retractable awning, together with a dining table and 6 chairs making it a perfect place to sunbathe, eat and relax. The lower garden, porch/terrace and pool area are reminiscent of a Balinese style with wood-effect tiles, natural stone and marble. There are 5 terraced areas around the villa offering enough separate spaces for each guest to do their own thing. The location, size, standard, equipment and range of amenities of this property are close to being unbeatable in Fuengirola, especially at the competitive weekly rates charged.

The Villa’s capacity, based on three bedrooms, is set to 6. However, if your group is made up of 7, feel free to ask because a roll-up bed can also be provided. In addition, a travel cot and a highchair are also available for infants who are not, therefore, counted in relation to the above sleeping capacity of the property.

The Villa is located in a small cul-de-sac, just 7 minutes walk (600 metres) from the main shopping centre and the largest supermarket in town, and is only 1.5 km from the port area and 25 kms or less from Malaga, Marbella, Puerto Banús, Torremolinos, many golf courses, the Mijas racecourse, 2 water parks, the Tivoli World amusement park and many other fun places and activities.

The town of Fuengirola is considered by many to have the most comprehensive infrastructure of all of the towns on the Costa del Sol and appeals to all ages. In Fuengirola, you will find hundreds of bars, restaurants, night clubs/discos, shops and the biggest range of activities and amenities of all of the towns on the Costa del Sol. Apart from a full range of beach/sea activities including paddleboats, jet-skis, parasailing, fishing, dolphin-watching etc, Fuengirola also has a skateboard park, go-kart track, a bioparc (zoo), some roman ruins, a children’s funfair (Sould Park), equestrian centre, bull-ring, multi-screen cinema complex, several shopping centres and big supermarkets, a medieval castle and 7 kilometres of sea-front promenade.

The Villa is available for rental periods of a minimum of one week. However, if you are only able to stay for a shorter period, please feel free to ask the owner for a price for a shorter stay. All bookings in the busy season from May to September must run from a Saturday to Saturday for one week or two weeks etc.

Cancellation policy. If guests, for any reason, wish to cancel their reservation, I will fully refund all amounts paid if the dates are re-booked by another group.

Unlike many properties advertised elsewhere for holiday rental on the Costa del Sol, this property meets all of the legal requirements in Spain, including air-conditioning in all bedrooms, and is registered, as required by law, as a holiday rental property with the Board of Andalusia under the number VFT / MA / 01325.

When choosing a Vacation Villa, it is imperative to check carefully the exact location for each one you are considering in order to be certain of its location in relation to the facilities and amenities you wish to have within walking distance.

Description of sleeping capacity: Sleeps 6 (3 bedrooms). There is also a travel cot (plus a high chair). A folding bed can also be provided for an additional person. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Notes on bedrooms: The master bedroom, large double bed and en suite bathroom are large (28 m2) with French doors to the garden and pool. Two other bedrooms are of a very good size and also overlook the garden and pool. One consists of a large double bed and the other 2 single beds.

Description of bathrooms: Master bathroom en suite, oval corner bathtub plus shower, green and white marble and chrome fixtures. Two more beautifully finished bathrooms, one with a large sunken shower / tub and the other is a shower room. All bathrooms also include sinks and toilets.

Notes on the accommodation: Relevant for winter, there is underfloor heating in the lounge and master bedroom and bathroom. Hot and cold air conditioning in all bedrooms. Outside: The depth of the pool is 145 cm (4 ft 9 in) with no deeper end but deep enough for everyone to swim. However, as a simple safety measure we ask that adults do not allow children to use the pool unsupervised. The garden and pool must be maintained at all times, so we need access to these areas during your stay to ensure your continued enjoyment. Of course, we will respect your privacy and be as prompt and discreet as possible. The outdoor furniture includes two different sets of dining table and chairs on two different terraces (upper lounge terrace and BBQ terrace). There are 6 sun loungers and an excellent brick and granite built gas barbecue. Around the villa there are 5 different terraces / patios that each give their own little piece of private space whenever desired. There are sea views from all bedrooms, lounge, most of the garden and terraces, including the pool area. The garden is very private and most of it is not overlooked. There are plenty of flowers and plants typical of the region, including some lovely bougainvilleas, as well as a good variety of roses, palms and jasmine. Utility Room: Laundry room with washer and dryer to the rear of the kitchen. Plenty of closet space and double sinks. Cleaning / towels / bedding: Fresh linens and towels are provided at the beginning of your stay, but are also changed weekly if you stay two weeks or more.
